Payout Thresholds

This page sets out the minimum and maximum amounts that apply when you request a payout of your earnings in the App. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Payout thresholds

You can request a payout once your available balance reaches one of the following thresholds:

2. Requesting a payout

You can request a payout in the App. When you request a payout, the selected threshold amount is deducted from your available balance. Any remaining balance stays in your account and can be used toward a future payout.

3. Payout methods and fees

We offer several payout methods. The methods available to you may depend on your country of residence.

Please note: Depending on the payout method you choose, a service provider fee may apply. Fee-free payout options are also available.

4. Verification and fraud prevention

Before processing a payout, we may ask you to verify your identity or account details. Payouts may be delayed or withheld where this is necessary to prevent fraud or misuse, or where required by law, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

5. Currency

Payouts are made in EUR, GBP, AUD or NZD, depending on your country of residence. If your payout is made in a different currency, the exchange rate and any conversion fees of the respective payout provider may apply.
